    1. Because of an overwhelming demand and a limited resource, please be advised that if we haven’t got back to you within 72 hours of your enquiry, it’s because we haven’t been able to accommodate your booking We understand that this is not ideal but we’ll soon be back to being able to operate as normal, so we thank you for your understanding.
    2. Sadly, we won’t take bookings from people who repeatedly book tables and then don’t show up.
    3. Your booking is only valid once a member of our team has got in contact with you to confirm availability.
    4. We take bookings up to one calendar month in advance.
    5. All COVID-19 regulations at the time of booking and during your visit must be adhered to.
    6. Failure to comply with COVID-19 regulations could result in you and your party being asked to leave.
    7. We ask for all guests to be punctual as we can only hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes.
    8. During times of COVID restrictions, your booking is for a period of 2 hours only, starting from the time of the booking. Sorry, but we can’t make any allowances for parties that arrive late.
    9. Bottomless events last for 90 minutes, but you’re able to stay on your table for the full 2 hours.
    10. We do not ask for any booking deposits, but would appreciate that we’re notified of any cancellations in advance.
    11. In the event of poor weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel any or all outdoor bookings. This will be communicated via a post on our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) only. Sorry, but it is not practical to contact all bookings directly.
