    PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER FOR REPLIES
    1. We email booking confirmations and they often end up in junk folders. If you haven’t had a response to your booking enquiry after 24 hours, then please drop us a message in Instagram or call us on 01536 481144.
    2. Your booking is only valid once a member of our team has got in contact with you to confirm availability.
    3. Bottomless events last for 90 minutes. During our busier periods your table is available for a maximum of 2.5 hours.
    4. If for any reason you’re unable to attend your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Walk-ins

We’re a walk-in friendly venue and we’ll usually be able to find space for everyone who walks through our door

Bookings

We’re able to accept bookings with up to an hour’s notice

You can use our online service to book for up to 9 guests. If you need to book for 10 or more then please call us on 01536 481144

You can amend or cancel your booking using the link supplied on your original confirmation up to 1 hour before. We reserve the right to block any bookings from people who repeatedly fail to turn up
